Our partners at TerraNOVA Nurseries will work with you to make things right. To file a claim, fill out this form within 24 hours of receiving your order. Based on their assessment of your claim, TerraNOVA may issue a refund, send a replacement, or a combination thereof. Please note that replacements are only available for entire order damage and single trays will not be re-shipped.
