2026 Summer Program Registration Form

Please complete one registration form for each child. Select the program based on the age/grade your child will be in the fall of 2026.

IMPORTANT: Programs labeled "preschool - rising first graders" and Extended Care are for currently enrolled ASM students only.

Registration is confirmed once payment is received. A student's space will be released if payment is not received within 2 weeks of registration. Payments should be made via check, payable to ASM. Checks can be hand delivered or mailed. If mailed, please address to: Andover School of Montessori, c/o Summer Programs, 400 South Main Street, Andover, MA 01810

NOTE: For cancellations 30 days prior to the first day of a program, ASM will provide a full refund. Alternatively, you may transfer enrollment to any other program at no charge, if space is available. Within 30 days of the program, only transfers are permitted, if space is available. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends part of a session.
