Too often, we get caught up in the day-to-day grind and we don't even realize something is wrong or how tired we are.


This assessment will help you understand your habits, where your energy is being drained, and the impact on your overall health and wellbeing.


INSTRUCTIONS:

Below there is a list of 20 statements.

For each statement, give yourself a rating:

  • Agree / Mostly Agree


Don't worry about what's "good" or "bad" - this is not the time to judge yourself, it's the time to get curious.
