Campers need to be at Trace Creek Monday, June 1, no later than 6:45a.m. We will leave the church at 7:00 am sharp!
All medications need to be in the original container and placed in a zip lock bag, labeled with your name, and turned into the camp nurse upon arrival at the church Monday morning. She will distribute all medications during camp.

CAMP COST: Camp is $175 per person (make checks to Trace Creek Baptist Church), which includes all meals, lodging, insurance and recreation. Price does not include snack shop. Discount for multiple children; second child is $150, any additional $125.
WHAT TO BRING: Bedroll or sleeping bag, extra blanket, pillow, towels and washcloths, soap, personal hygiene items, sports clothes for activities, shorts (no shorter than a credit card length from the knee) leggings, (Boys) nice slacks or jeans or dress shorts (for services), (Girls) dresses, skirts, nice jeans, or Capri pants (for services), Bible, pen, notebook, and swimming gear.
DO NOT BRING: Bad Attitude, firecrackers, other noise makers, Short shorts, Halter tops, lowcut shirt (no cleavage) gaming systems, sling-shots, any form of tobacco, any form of non-prescribed drugs, laser lights, shaving cream, water balloons, water guns.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Dress code will be followed. Always dress appropriately for worship. Our dress code for camp is as follows:
A. Girls MUST wear a dress, or nice jeans or capris and a shirt during worship services (Leggings can only be worn with a dress NOT WITH A SHIRT) and boys MUST wear nice jeans, slacks or dress shorts and shirt to services.
B. No distasteful or suggestive slogan shirts by boys or girls will be acceptable.
C. Sports outfits for boys and girls will be allowed at all activities except worship services.
D. SHORTS (must be no shorter than a credit card from the knee), SPAGHETTI TOPS, BIKINIS, HALTERS (including shirts with sleeves cut out), CUT-OFF SHIRTS OR BLOUSES are NOT camp appropriate. Any swimsuit that is felt to be unchristian in appearance will be disallowed. Final decision will come from the Director.
2. No two-piece bathing suits for girls. If that’s all you have, you must wear a pull over shirt that covers top and bottom as you walk to the pool. Boys and girls swim times are separate.
3. Anyone who absolutely refuses to do what the chaperones ask of him or her will be sent to the Director. If she or he continues to be rebellious they will be sent home.
4. Everyone will participate in all activities unless excused by the Director.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO UN-GODLY TALK WILL BE PERMITTED!
6. We should always respect the property of others. Do not put anything (shaving cream, cologne, cleaning products, etc.) in or on anything (clothes, shoes, sleeping bag, sheets, etc.) belonging to a counselor or another camper.
7. Any visitors who plan to come to camp should contact the church office in advance to ensure meals are available. Any overnight quests must also be cleared through the director and the church office.
8. There will be two snack shops each day. Snack shop money should be kept with camper (not in luggage) on the trip to camp. All snack shop money will be collected at the beginning of camp. All money MUST be turned in to the snack shop by the end of the day on MONDAY. It is suggested that you turn all money in. YOU AND YOU ALONE will be responsible for what happens to your money if you choose not to turn it in. All snack shop items are priced $1.00 for snacks, 50 cents for drinks.
9. The Camp Director reserves the right to send home any camper that consistently reacts negatively to the policies and/or atmosphere of Youth Camp.
10. Campers may use the KJV, NKJV, ESV, CSB, NAS, versions of the Bible in doing memory verses.
11. No one should leave their cabin after “Good Night Campers” call for any reason, other than extreme emergency. Cabin Counselor should be consulted before leaving. Violation for disregarding will be loss of points for each team involved or exclusion from next year’s camp.
12. If a child must leave camp early for any reason (i.e. school, or work) arrangements and notification need to be made prior to camp.
13. All cell phones will be turned into camp staff and stored under lock & key until the last day of camp. (All kids will be allowed to use a camp counselor's device to call home at any moment they want to talk to a parent or guardian)
I do hereby promise that the above statements are true. I understand that upon returning my camp application and camp fee, I am signed up for camp and that my money is NON-REFUNDABLE, except in case of sickness or death in the family. I further understand that once I am at camp, I must stay until it closes on Saturday morning. I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CELL PHONES, SMART WATCHES, EARBUDS/HEADPHONES, META GLASSES, VIDEO CAMERAS, COMPUTERS OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT CAMP AN EFFORT TO FOCUSE MORE ON JESUS, INSTEAD OF THE WORLD. If my child does bring such items, they will be turned off and stored in a safe, locked location and returned at the end of camp. If my child needs to call home or if I need to call my child, they will be allowed to use their cabin counselor's phone or the phone of one of the camp staff. I will abide by all rules set forth by the Trace Creek Baptist Church and the camp director. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the camp and being sent home.
