3. PERMITS & COMPLIANCE

Vendors must comply with Maine laws (DHHS food safety, sales tax, licensing, fire codes).

Vendor certifies that products are safe, labeled, and legal.

4. MARKET RULES

Set up before 8:00 AM • Stay until 5:00 PM • Keep area clean • Remove trash • Professional conduct

The Chamber may revoke participation for non-compliance.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

Vendors assume all risk and releases the Forks Area Chamber of Commerce, Moxie Gore Guide Service, Forks Fish & Game from liability. Vendor also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FACC, MGGS, & FFG, from any claims related to participation.

6. INSURANCE

Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance.

7. CANCELLATION

Fees non-refundable. Event rain or shine unless canceled.

8. PHOTO RELEASE

By participating, the vendor agrees photos/videos may be used for Chamber marketing.
