We are excited to announce a very special round... The Rabanne Round. 


For Round 15 we will be working with Rabanne to provide exciting mentors from throughout their business. The Rabanne mentors will bring their expertise and insight to inspire and inform you as you navigate your career path. 


This is an amazing opportunity to gain knowledge about what it takes to work inside an iconic Parisian luxury Maison in a variety of roles, and the different paths that can lead you there.


With huge thanks to our friends Rabanne for joining us in our mission to create a more inspiring and equitable industry for us all. We can't wait for you to get started and to add some new faces to our MM family.



Who Can Apply 

Applicants must be: 

  • Asian, Black or Minority Ethnic based in Europe & aged between 18 and 30 years old 

  • Asian, Black, Indigenous, or Native based outside of Europe & aged between 18 and 30 years old 


About Us 

Mentoring Matters is a global mentoring scheme and community interest company that aims to redress the balance of equality and opportunity within the creative industries. 


Created for candidates from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds looking for a career in the Arts, the aim is to give insight, advice, direction and inspiration along with practical transferable skills and a support system. Mentoring Matters is a cross generational, multi-disciplinary community for change. 


We are global! Our digital approach means that we can reach you wherever you are based. 


What You Will Get 

Successful applicants to the programme will receive:

  • 10 digital one-on-one mentoring sessions with an industry leader in your chosen sectors of interest 

  • Access to paid opportunities 

  • Workshops with industry experts

  • MM alumni - a long term membership to the heart of our community; a place where mentees can connect and collaborate with each other and receive long term support 

Mentoring Matters is free of charge. 


What You Will Need 

You will need to upload a PDF or document that has: 

  1. A bit about yourself – a short biography 

  2. Why do you think you would be a good match for the scheme? 

  3. What do you think you would gain from the scheme? 

  4. Examples of your work or a portfolio (if this applies to you) 

  5. Relevant work experience/CV (if this applies to you)
