2. Customers are requested to pick up the parcel or schedule a Porter, Dunzo or Swiggy Genie pick-up.

3. Only if the picture of the bill is shared through the delivery executive will the parcel be handed over.

4. Porter/ Dunzo/ Swiggy genie can take only up to 3 parcels at a time.

5. Availability of delivery executives on Uthradam day maybe be difficult, hence self pick up is encouraged .

6. This form is only for take-away (Uthradam Sadhya on the 25th of AUGUST, 2026.)

7. Please ensure your full name is filled in.

8. Please be careful to make the right booking. The amount for the pre booked take away sadhya needs to be paid fully in advance and is a non refundable amount on cancellation.

9. We will ensure the sadhya is ready for pick up, however we cannot be held responsible for any delay/spillage or other issues related to the delivery partner.

10. Kindly make sure your purchase is done with the restaurant directly and not through the delivery partners.

11. The prices mentioned is exclusive of taxes but includes packaging charges.
