This short assessment benchmarks your reactor program’s maturity across 10 critical areas spanning licensing strategy, safety basis, quality assurance, and program execution.

Each question is behavior- and artifact-based to promote consistent, defensible scoring across programs at different stages. Your responses are evaluated to produce a regulator-aligned maturity score, not a subjective self-rating.

At the end of the assessment, you’ll be asked five brief follow-up questions to help contextualize your results by understanding your current stage, objectives, and constraints. This ensures the guidance you receive is specific to your situation, not generic.

After completing the assessment, you will receive a custom summary by email that includes:

• An overall maturity score, with a traffic-light rating (green / yellow / red) for your entire program

• Three key insights explaining what your score means, the implications for licensing, funding, and execution, and where hidden risk typically emerges at this stage

• Targeted next-step recommendations, which may include:

  • References to established industry resources where appropriate

  • Clear guidance if your needs fall outside the scope of Gibboney Nuclear's services

  • Practical actions to improve readiness

• A brief video introduction explaining how to interpret your results, why the assessment is structured the way it is, and what typically distinguishes programs that successfully advance through licensing
