MEALS

Meals will be available for purchase through the Green Lake Conference Center between May 23rd and June 5th.  The pricing is as follows:

BREAKFAST: 7:30-8:30 AM                    $13.00                $9.00
LUNCH: 12 - 1 PM                                $15.50                $11.00
DINNER: 5 - 6 PM                                $17.50                $12.00


HOW TO PAY:

The payment deadline is: May 23rd.  You must pay your registration fee to finalize your registration.  If your payment is not received by the deadline, your registration will be cancelled.  

If finances are a barrier, the committee encourages you to speak to the local session or diaconate of your church about financial assistance.

REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your registration prior to the payment deadline, then we can process a refund.  Any costs associated with processing refunds will be subtracted from the refund (e.g. Paypal fees or postage for checks, etc.)

HOUSING OPTION NOTE: Camping sites are limited to one camper or tent per site.  Further, GLCC prohibits placing a tent or camper onto the cabin sites.  If you were planning to put a tent on a cabin site, you would need to reserve a camping site as well.  We have added additional housing options to accommodate larger families and groups.

DAY ATTENDERS: We are charged a flat fee for each day you attend the event, even if you make other sleeping arrangements.


Please select the number of days times the number of people in your party (e.g. If you have 3 people in your party and will attend for 3 days, you should select 9 units.) If your costs exceed $95 for a couple or $135 for a family, then select the appropriate registration tier in the previous question, and only select 1-day for each member of your family. (e.g. A family of 6 would select the $135 family registration plus $21*6 people for a total of $257.
