Both Opportunity Collaboration and Connective Impact are dedicated to collaborative solutions to alleviating poverty and injustice in the world. Together, we focus on resource-mobilization for social impact leaders by forging connections between funders and practitioners. The two organizations have a combined community of approximately 4,000 leaders working around the globe.

As of October 2024, the organizational leadership of these two entities has merged to further our shared goals. In these efforts to bridge these organizations and best serve our communities, we are seeking an Engagement & Administrative Coordinator.

Eligibility Criteria *

To confirm your eligibility for this role, please check the following criteria. Do you meet the following qualifications?

Part-time commitment: Open to a part-time (20-hour/week) role, with potential to transition to full-time after the first year.

Remote availability: Able to work remotely and participate in virtual meetings between 8–11 AM PST.

Two-year commitment: Available for at least two years.

Professional experience: Early to mid-career professional with at least two years of work experience.

English proficiency: Comfortable working primarily in English with an English-speaking team.

Global South experience: Have lived and/or worked in the Global South.
