To reserve your Mississippi "Promoting Peace" plate, free the first year compliments of Mississippi Rotary all you have to do is complete and sign the State of Mississippi application. When you renew your vehicle registration in the second year, the state will add $33 to your normal registration. $24 of this is a donation to community projects by Rotary clubs across the state.
