SUMMERFUN REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & POLICIES
Select the class(es) you would like to enroll in for your rising 1st-2nd grader.
Complete the registration and payment information. You must complete a separate registration form for EACH camper.
CSC Office Staff will email registration confirmation to you once registrations are reviewed and entered into our system.
Please note: registration for the upcoming week of camp closes on the TUESDAY at NOON before the next week of camp begins.
Your registration is NOT finalized until you receive an email confirmation from CSC Office Staff.
FEES, CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS:
A late registration fee of $15 per child will be added to your total for registrations submitted less than 2 weeks prior to camp.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to summerfun@catawbascience.org
If cancellation occurs prior to 2 weeks before camp, an administrative fee of $12 per class will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of camp.
Waitlists: If you request to add your child to waitlisted camp session(s), your child will be placed next in line on the waitlist. If a spot opens up for them, they will automatically be registered for that session and the payment method on file will be charged. If your plans change and you would like to be removed from a waitlist, let us know ASAP. Once registrations are processed, our refund policy applies.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available and must be kept current for participation in Summer Camps. Our refund policy applies for all payment plans.
