I hereby grant Nishida's Gymnastics permission to use photographs or digital video recordings taken of my child during the camp for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes such as the gym's website, brochures and official social media pages. I understand that these materials will always be used in a professional and safe manner.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability

I know that participating in gymnastic activities and events is potentially dangerous and risky. To minimize the associated risk, I agree to abide by the guidance and decision of the Nishida’s Gymnastics coaches as to my ability and the ability of my child/ward to safely compete and participate in gymnastic activities, including (but not limited to) falls, contact with other participants, the use/condition of gym equipment, and the effect of temperature and humidity. Having read this waiver, in consideration of Nishida’s Gymnastics’ acceptance of my participation or the participation of my child/ward, I waive, release and hold harmless Nishida’s Gymnastics and its principals, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, assignees, successors and sponsors and any individual or entity associated therewith from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind arising out of mine or my child’s/ward’s participation in gymnastics activities and events particularly where the realization of any risk is a consequence of negligence and/or recklessness on my part or that of my child/ward. I attest that I am of legal age and that by affixing my signature hereto, I adopt and agree to the terms herein.

I enroll my child/children to Nishida’s Gymnastics Program with an agreement to the parents/guardians & students regulations and acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability above.

If space is available, then payment is required to book your spot. Please to take a screenshot of the payment once it has been made & send it to our WhatsApp line at 876429-2011. If no proof of payment was sent to us your spot will not be secured and may result in your child not having a space at our camp if it becomes full.
