This online application can be used to request any of the following Engine Record or Spring Specifications search request options. Once the application is submitted your request will be reviewed, which may include follow-up questions to clarify the requirements and to confirm an expected cost. Once the service or search criteria have been agreed an invoice will be issued, with payment expected before the service or search commences.
Please also note that not all searches will be successful, for example if the vehicle was never registered in Victoria. In such cases the fees for unsuccessful searches are not refundable.
Submit this application for any of the following services (prices include GST):
- Search using Engine Number (1933 to 1984) estimate $90
- Search using Registration Number / Engine Numbers (1910 to 1932 only) estimate $115
- Purchase of available computerised Engine Records for a marque
- Access to hard copy Engine Records to computerise a particular marque
- Spring Specifications for a vehicle $60
- Other data by request
NB: These services can be requested by an individual, a club, or other organisation, whether or not they they are members of the AOMC or an AOMC member club.
Prices, including deposits, that may be applicable when purchasing or accessing manual or computerised records for a marque, will be determine based on each scenario. The criteria and expected costs will be agreed, and payment received, before access to reports or records is provided.
