I understand that all International Finals registration fees are processed through a payment plan powered by Partial.ly, unless I choose the Pay in Full option at the time of registration.

I understand that my registration has two required steps: (1) Submitting this registration form, and (2) Completing my Partial.ly payment plan enrollment. I acknowledge that my registration is not considered complete until both steps are fully completed.

I understand that if I fail to complete my Partial.ly enrollment, I will forfeit any earned credits, incentives, or deposit awards, and I will be required to pay my full registration amount to remain enrolled.

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure all payments within my Partial.ly plan process successfully, and that any failed, declined, or defaulted payments may result in additional fees, removal of promotional pricing, and/or cancellation of my reservation.

I understand that a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (equal to the Application Fee + Scholarship Fee) is included in the total cost of participation. This deposit is not collected separately at enrollment, as Partial.ly allows flexible initial payments, but it remains part of my overall registration cost and is non-refundable.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review all event communications, deadlines, policies, and required actions provided by Coast to Coast International. I understand that failure to follow instructions, meet deadlines, update my contact information, or complete required steps may impact my eligibility, placement in the lineup, or participation, and does not qualify me for a refund or credit.
