I, the undersigned, as the Landlord of the above-mentioned property, hereby grant my consent for the Tenant to proceed with the installation of JB-Nets Broadband Services internet access. If I require specific parameters around the location of the equipment or placement of the wiring, and etc. this needs to be submitted to JB-Nets in writing prior to the date of the install or indicated above in the Installation Details. I understand that the installation will be done at the Tenant's expense unless expressed and agreed upon otherwise.
