People of any age can attend the Porta Ferrada Occident Festival.
- Minors under 3 years old can access the festival for free, provided they do not occupy a numbered seat or space with a stroller.
- From 4 years old, all minors must purchase a normal-priced ticket to enter the festival.
- Minors up to 15 years old (inclusive) must always be accompanied by a parent, mother, or legal guardian.
The accompanying person must fill out a minor accreditation form before the day of the event.
The accompanying person will be responsible for any action or omission of the minor during their stay at the venues. The accompanying person can be responsible for a maximum of three minors.
Minors who are 16 and 17 years old can attend without an accompanying person and will not need to present any authorization signed by their parents or legal guardians.
When entering the venue, different documents must be presented depending on who accompanies the child:
- In the case that the parent or legal guardian is accompanying the child, adults will have to present an ID card and additionally the original or photocopy of the official family logbook or legal documentation that confirms the relationship with the child.
- In the case that the accompanying person is not the father, mother, or legal guardian, adults should present an authorized signature from the parent or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of the parent or guardian’s ID card, and the child's and the adult companion's ID cards.
- In both cases, the person responsible for the child must sign this form.
