Get Rid Of Old Ways – Build Your Kingdom

July 6–10, 2026 | Denver, Colorado

The Crowley Foundation invites young men ages 14–19 to apply for the 2026 G.R.O.W. Leadership Summit, a five-day immersive leadership and personal-development experience designed to help Young Kings dismantle limiting beliefs, build discipline, and create a vision for their future.

G.R.O.W. stands for Get Rid Of Old Ways, and this summit is a Kingdom-building experience grounded in four life-shaping pillars:

  • Faith – Spiritual grounding, purpose, values, and legacy

  • Fitness – Mental and physical wellness, resilience, and self-discipline

  • Family – Emotional intelligence, relationships, leadership, and legacy building

  • Finances – Budgeting, investing, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment

Throughout the week, participants will engage in powerful workshops, wellness activities, mentorship sessions, and career-focused Brotherhood Tracks led by established professionals in various fields, including construction, business, multimedia/arts, health, and education. Each Young King will receive guidance, skills training, and exposure aligned with his personal interests and long-term goals.

This program is for young men who:

  • Have leadership potential and a desire to grow

  • Are interested in financial literacy, wellness, and personal development

The summit will conclude with a powerful Closing Ceremony, where Young Kings will demonstrate their growth through speeches, creative presentations, and artistic expression before family, mentors, and community leaders.
