It could be a little more or a little less depending on a VARIETY of factors like skin quality/your age, location, size, style of tattooing, color or no color, your pain management/ability to sit still, and the approach of the project due to the scale of the project. Any of these factors can be DISCUSSED FURTHER with your artist but it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to bring it up here or verbally BEFORE you start tattooing. Keep in mind if you have booked a full day session that is typically 4-6 hours in duration. General Tattoo Release Form Information

TO PERMIT Figure8InkStudios, LLC to tattoo me in consideration of its doing so, I hereby release Figure8InkStudios & its employees and agents, from all manner of liabilities, claims, actions & demands, in law or in equity, which I or my heirs have or might have now or hereafter by reason of complying with my request to be tattooed. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT of Figure8Ink when performing a tattoo does not act in the capacity of a medical professional. The suggestions made by any employee or agent of Figure8Ink are just suggestions. They are not to be construed or substituted for advice from a medical professional. I AFFIRM TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE that I & members of my immediate family (&/or household), are not currently sick with Covid-19 & in the last 30 days: have not been sick, have not been in contact with anyone that is sick, & have not travelled outside of the country. I UNDERSTAND Figure8Ink has put additional protective measures in place in order to further minimize the risk of exposure to any contamination, virus, or pathogen. I also understand it impossible to completely eliminate that risk. I UNDERSTAND I WILL BE TATTOOED using appropriate sterile instruments & aseptic technique. To ensure proper healing of my tattoo/piercing & to prevent contracting any type of infection or illness (including, but not limited to MRSA & COVID-19), I AGREE to stringently follow the aftercare suggestions outlined in the written tattoo aftercare instructions provided to me until the healing process is complete. I UNDERSTAND that a tattoo usually takes 2 weeks or longer to heal. I UNDERSTAND that getting tattooed/pierced does temporarily stress the body and the immune system, which could make me more susceptible to illness & infection. I ACCEPT THIS RISK. I WILLINGLY SUBMIT TO THESE PROCEDURES, with a full understanding of possible complications such as, but not limited to: infection, illness, allergic reaction, or rejection of the ink. I WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF TATTOO AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS which I have read & fully understand. I HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY AFTERCARE & CLEANLINESS. I UNDERSTAND that by having this tattoo performed that I am making a permanent change to my body & no claims have or will be made regarding the ability to undo the permanent changes I am requesting be made.
