Applicants are required to complete and submit this online form to request university support for covering publication fees for articles published in Q1 or Q2 quartile journals.
Applicants may choose one of the following options for payment:
University Payment: Upon submission of the required documents, the respective campus will process the payment directly to the publisher. This is subject to a thorough review by the Office of the Provost to ensure compliance with the prevailing article processing fee support policy.
Self-Payment & Reimbursement: Applicants who choose to pay the fee themselves and seek reimbursement must obtain pre-approval from their Research Head using the prescribed endorsement form (https://avvp.link/was).
We strongly encourage applicants to proactively reach out to publishers to inquire about potential Article Processing Charges (APC) discounts or waivers, particularly for researchers from developing countries like India or for the student community. It is crucial to confirm the availability of such discounts and verify eligibility before proceeding with the application.
