🚨 Reminder: A site is only marked complete after a SWTCH technician reviews it during a scheduled commissioning call. Please book in advance.

⚠️ Without this process, chargers may not work, and installers may need to return.


Before Your Call

  • Complete this checklist once per site (not per charger).

  • It helps verify installation, enable load management, and support troubleshooting.


3 Steps to Commissioning

  1. Book a Call

    Schedule at least 24–48 hours ahead — we can’t accommodate same-day requests.

  2. Fill Out the Checklist

    Complete it after install but before your call.

  3. Attend the Call Onsite

    Be at the site with a laptop and ethernet cable. We’ll confirm chargers are installed, powered, and online.
