If you would like to enroll or re-enroll your child(ren) in KEHP before- and after-care program for SY2026-2027, please complete this online form.
Current KEHP Famlies: Please submit this form by Friday, April 17 (for priority enrollment over new-to-KEHP families). After this date, your priority enrollment ends.
All Others: Please submit by Friday, May 15.
Steps to enroll/re-enroll:
Step 1: Complete this form.
Step 2: Wait for an acceptance or waitlist email from KEHP Director Ann Conway.
Step 3: Submit a non-refundable $250 enrollment fee (for each student). (Invoiced by KEHP after submitting this form and confirming verification of enrollment in Key School.)
Step 4: Log in to your Membership Toolkit account and submit your bulk supply fee and PTO dues by August 31, 2026. Not paying the aforementioned fees will lead to losing the seat(s) in KEHP. (If you are new to Key School, you must first set up an account in Membership Toolkit, the portal for various school matters and information.)
Step 5: Submit your monthly tuition. (The first invoice will go out via email in August 2026.)
***Current KEHP families must not have any outstanding tuition balances to reapply for KEHP. Any unpaid tuition will make the family ineligible to reapply for KEHP. Families who are unsure about any unpaid tuition may contact Mr. Young Kim (young.m.kim@gmail.com).
***If the KEHP annual registration fee, KEHP monthly tuition, and/or payment of PTO dues and bulk supply fees would result in financial hardship, please contact Ms. Ann Conway (kehpdc@gmail.com) to discuss payment and/or financial aid options. Financial aid is available to all eligible families.
***Please review KEHP SY2026-2027 Family Contract:
