The below signed Montezuma County, CO, and/or other concerned citizens, adamantly oppose the proposed

Canyonland Solar Project Development, located between Road 16 to Road 18 and

adjacent north of Road P and north of road T, within Cortez, CO, as well as any and all future development of

these properties as a Utility-Scale Solar Facility.

As property owners directly impacted by this project, we have very strong concerns related but not limited to:

Viewshed, Glare and Glint, Human Health Risks including but not limited to Electromagnetic Waves, Property

Devaluation, Adverse Negative Impacts of using designated Farm Land for purposes other than for agriculture,

disruption of Archaeological artifacts, local microclimate changes, and the disruption of wildlife migration

paths.
