Thank you for allowing your child to participate in Vacation Bible School! To help us provide a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment, we ask that all parents/guardians review and agree to the following:

1. Safety & Check-In/Out

• All children must be checked in and out by an authorized adult.

• For your child’s safety, please have your pickup tag ready at dismissal.

• Notify a leader if someone different will be picking up your child.

2. Health & Wellness

• Please do not send your child if they are sick or have had a fever within the past 24 hours.

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.

• In case of emergency, leaders are authorized to seek medical care if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.

3. Behavior Expectations

• We expect all children to treat others with kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship.

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a parent being contacted.

4. Participation & Activities

• Your child will participate in games, crafts, snacks, Bible lessons, and group activities.

• Some activities may involve outdoor play—please dress your child appropriately.

5. Communication

• Please keep contact information up to date.

• Check for any daily updates or announcements from VBS leaders.

6. Media Permission

• Photos or videos may be taken during VBS for church use (social media, promotions, etc.).

• Please notify us in writing if you do not want your child included.
