About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Strategy Researcher to join our team. The role focuses on conducting in-depth market, competitor, and consumer research to support the development of effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, research experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Perform competitor analysis including positioning, pricing, campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collect and interpret data from primary and secondary sources (digital platforms).
  • Develop research reports, presentations, and dashboards to support marketing and business strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing strategy team to provide insights that shape campaigns, branding, and positioning.
  • Monitor emerging tools, platforms, and technologies that can enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in market/marketing research or strategy-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in research tools
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
