We offer a flexible, venue-only base rate determined by the day of the week. This allows you to start with a blank canvas and seamlessly add on the exact services, vendors, and amenities you need.


Venue Only Option Includes everything you need to have an event:

  • 4-Hour Venue Rental

  • 6ft Round Tables 

  • Black Garden Chairs

  • White or Black Table Linens

  • 2 additional 6ft Rectangular tables (optional)

  • 4 Cocktail Tables with Stools (optional)

  • Table for the Cake (optional)

  • Wall Lighting

  • Venue Bluetooth Speaker w/mic

  • Venue Security (Required if alcohol is present)
