This is a waiver for Commercial accounts that have chosen to opt into a Commercial Service Install. This waiver is to acknowledge that JB-Nets, LLC is only an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and is installing the approriate units for a commercial setup to provide adequate coverage and connection to the internet. Anything beyond the components installed by JB-Nets, LLC is outside the scope of JB-Nets, LLC services and abilities.
JB-Nets, LLC is not an IT service specialist and is/will not be responsible for networking or IT needs past the scope of providing necessary equipment and such for the installation of internet services to the premises. JB-Nets, LLC will troubleshoot and provide service calls for the devices installed by JB-Nets, LLC in effort to maintain an active internet connection. If it is determined that the problems experienced are beyond the equipment provided by JB-Nets, LLC, we will give reccommendations on who to contact for Networking/IT support.
