This questionnaire is for candidates running for Cook County Circuit Judge or Subcircuit Judge.

Thank you for your interest in the endorsement of the Chicago Federation of Labor, which unites 300 affiliated unions representing 500,000 working families across Chicago and Cook County. Your responses to these questions will help us make endorsement decisions and may be used to communicate the difference between candidates to union members.
