The Ontario Horticultural Association (OHA)/GardenOntario Annual Meeting and Convention, hosted in collaboration with District 4 and District 17, proudly celebrates its 120th year in Oshawa, Ontario. This event will bring together hundreds of Society and Club members from across the province for a weekend filled with horticultural learning, inspiration, and connection.

Attendees will enjoy a wide range of activities, including engaging presentations, local bus tours showcasing the best of the region, various competitions, judges’ and youth program updates, and much more. A diverse selection of vendors will also be on-site throughout the convention for those interested in shopping.

Each Society/Club is responsible for selecting its representative(s) for this important Annual Meeting. Registration must be completed using this form, and a separate form is required for each individual attending. Please ensure every registrant knows whether they are attending as a voting or non‑voting delegate.

All listed prices include HST, and all meal prices include gratuities.
