THE WILDEST RACE ON THE RIVER

Vessel must be HOMEMADE (no commercial hulls)
Vessel must be self propelled (Human Powered)
Crew members must be over 12, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
All crew members must wear life jackets

** If any doubt exists to the physical condition of the captain and/or crew members, the race committee reserves the right to disqualify participants

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement *

The undersigned CAPTAIN agrees to assume full responsibility for the actions and welfare of their crew. Each CAPTAIN represents their team and ensures that all individuals attending the event are fully informed of and assume the risks and hazards involved in participating in the TARC TICKFAW RIVER REGATTA.

By signing this agreement, each individual acknowledges and accepts all associated risks. Neither TARC, its officers or directors, nor Riverside Marina will be held responsible for the safety or actions of the undersigned or any persons under their control, whether on land or water.

Each person signing this agreement agrees to take full responsibility for themselves and any individuals they invite to the event. TARC, its officers or directors, and Riverside Marina will not be liable for any injury sustained by or caused by any participant.
