Queen Bee Floral Design Order Form

Queen Bee Floral Design is excited to offer even more options for dance flowers this year. All orders must be placed by November 22, 2024. Following the 22nd, the order form link will be turned off and I will only accept orders on a case-by-case basis pending availability. *If you are unsure of colors or design, please complete the form NOW and revise it by November 29, 2024.*  Following submission of this form, you will receive email confirmation. Sometimes the ordering process can feel overwhelming. There are so many options! if you feel uncertain, I encourage you to look through my "lookbook" linked HERE. In it you will find answers to questions like "What color flower should I order with a certain color dress?" or "What details should I add to my corsage?" Most of your design questions can be solved by a quick trip to the Queen Bee Lookbook.
