Art with Alice – Participant Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for art programs and lessons offered by Art with Alice, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Enrollment

Submission of the registration form along with an e-signature constitutes official enrollment in the selected art program(s).

Enrollment is subject to availability and will be confirmed via email upon receipt of the completed registration and any required fees.

2. Payment & Fees

Program fees must be paid in full prior to the start date, unless otherwise arranged.

Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun, except in the case of program cancellation by Art with Alice.

Late payment may result in withdrawal from the program.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late cancellations, or withdrawals after the program begins.

In the event of a program being canceled by Art with Alice, a full refund will be issued.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the studio’s guidelines at all times.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Safety & Supervision

While all reasonable safety precautions will be taken, Art with Alice is not liable for injuries sustained during the program.

Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of participants.

6. Media Release

By enrolling, you consent to the use of photos and videos of participants and their artwork for promotional purposes unless otherwise indicated in writing.

7. Materials & Supplies

All materials and supplies will be provided unless otherwise noted in the program description.

Participants are responsible for handling materials with care and respecting the studio environment.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of program administration and communication and will not be shared with third parties.

By submitting this form with your e-signature, you are officially enrolling your participant(s) into our art programs and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined.
