Do you have experience working with children with disabilities?

We strive to create an all-inclusive environment for all of our campers. It would be an added bonus if you have this experience, but it is not necessary.

Are you available to work on weekends ? *

All of our events are on Saturdays and Sundays and hours will vary between 8am - 7pm.

You will not have to work past 7pm typically!

We Pay $16/hr *

Cash will be paid to you at the conclusion of your shift each day.

If you are reliable and consistent over your first few events, you have the ability to earn more per hour!

Are you willing to undergo a background check ? *

We use an outside agency to conduct background checks and we will cover the cost.

If you're applying through Care.Com and you already have a background check, that will be sufficient.

Which Event Are You Interested In Working At? *

You can choose your desired shifts (morning/afternoon/both) through our scheduling app once you're onboarded.

By answering "Yes to this question, you understand that no employment tax will be withheld by Sideline Squad on the amounts paid to you by Sideline Squad. You understand that you will be responsible for paying the self-employment taxes incurred on the amounts paid to you by Sideline Squad. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the calendar year to report the income you earned from events on your personal income tax return. *
