Each set of homeroom parents are tasked with putting together a basket for our Night at the Races fundraiser in the Spring. They highly depend upon each student's donation to make these baskets the best they can be!

One form per family.

• Please list students youngest to oldest.

• Please ensure you add your donation to your cart for EACH of your CCS students. This way we can ensure that each donation is allocated to the correct homeroom.

Our goal is to have each basket valued between $150-$350. If a class exceeds $350 in collections, the excess money will be utilized to help assist smaller classes who may have a harder time meeting the requested minimum or to help the NATR committee create additional baskets for this event.
