Initial Registration Deadline: 16th October 2026

Due to strict limits on the number of attendees who can attend it is necessary to restrict the initial registration to ensure all clubs can attend if they wish. Registration is therefore limited, in the first instance, to one representative per Club, however your Club is invited to nominate additional club representatives to go on a waiting list. An invitation will be sent by email to those on the waiting list to fill any remaining seats available once the initial registration deadline is reached (16th Oct 2026)

Each Club should therefore submit this registration form nominating ONE preferred representative. 

For most clubs this likely to be the person responsible for publications from the Club, eg magazine editor or website / communications representative. However, because this is potentially a significant legal or risk management issue for each club to consider it may be preferred instead to nominate an alternate committee member to register on behalf of the club. This is a choice to be made by each Club. Where additional attendance is desired, extra names should also be added to the waiting list for early notification should multiple registrations per Club be possible
