If this is your order form for your ELDEST child, you can order a sibling pack here. Please note siblings must currently attend the school. Sibling photos are taken with your eldest child's class.

List the first name and class of each of your younger children who will also be in the sibling photo. Include their surname if it's different to your eldest child's). Example: Kahu R4
