Box Order Guidelines

1. Submit this form by Tuesday 7pm.

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order. Please check to make sure your order is correct.

3. If pre-paying, please send proof of payment via text or e-mail - bank details below.

4. Boxes will be ready for pickup on Saturday at Palm Court, Strickland Street, between 10:30am and 12:30pm

*Delivery charge will be $5 within the Denmark area; delivery time will be Saturday between 1030am and 3pm

*Surrounding suburbs including Scottsdale, Shadforth and other suburbs outside of the Denmark Area area will incur an $6-$8 delivery fee.
