The form will allow a parent/guardian of homeschooled students with Education Freedom Accounts to enroll in one or more Content + Teacher courses.

Complete this form if you:

1. are the parent or legal guardian of the child or children you intend to enroll

2. are intending to enroll a child or children who are officially considered homeschooled, or have been directed to Virtual Arkansas by your local school 

3. using an Education Freedom Account (EFA) for enrollment fees, or paying enrollment fees directly to Virtual Arkansas.
