SG DELIVERY INFORMATION

1) You are required to pay for SG door to door delivery fee - RM42.12 or SGD$13 per trip.
2) The price difference selling in Malaysia & Singapore is RM3 (already included in selling price), which is to cover the transport & taxes fee, as well as the cost of admin for stock arrangement.
3) Delivery time is from 9am to 6pm.

Important Notes 注意事项

1. Cookies with slight cracked and the uneven looks are normal, as they are all handmade. Due to hot temperature in Malaysia, chocolate cookies will be slightly melted, it does not affect the food taste.

2. Net weight stated will have a bit of derivation from actual, if you are really specified on it, do consider before purchase.

3. Please take note that delivery in Johor Bahru will cause some minor crashes to the cookies, in consequences of slightly cracked & squeezed bottles, which are considered normal phenomenon. But if it’s over cracked, we shall compensate by certain circumstances. If the delivery is arranged by the customer, we will not take into responsibility due to third party delivery which is not in our control.

4. Please finish the cookies in one month after receiving and keep it in cool and dry place, as there is no added preservatives.

1. 由于全手工制作，饼干烘烤有小裂痕、颜色不均为正常现象，另外由于马来西亚炎热的气候，巧克力饼干在常温下多数是无法保持凝固的状态，容易弄脏罐子和手，皆不影响食用。

2. 饼罐净重存在些许误差，介意的宝贝请斟酌购买。

3. 由于年饼属于易碎品，若选择新山送上门，饼干发生轻微掉屑、包装挤压为正常现象，但若在运送途中发生饼干严重碎裂、被开封的话，我们将会视情况进行赔偿。如果顾客自行使用其他运输方式如Lalamove / grab的话，在运送途中发生饼干碎裂的情况，由于是第三方运输方式，不在我们的控制范围，恕我们将无法为此负责。

4. 由于没有添加任何防腐剂，请尽量在发货后的一个月内食用完毕，并且密封保存在阴凉干燥的地方。
