Meal Prep Order

Starting March 1st, orders that are placed by 12 PM will be available the same day by 5 PM. If your order is placed after 12 PM, it will be available for pick up by 5 PM the next business day. (Monday-Friday) You will receive a text letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. There will be no pick ups on weekends.



If you are not able to pick up same day, don’t worry, it will be stored and available for pick up the next day after 5PM. If you need to coordinate another pick up time, please let us know.


Delivery options are available depending on location.


All meals are fresh frozen so take that into consideration when ordering. Frozen meals can be stored for 3 months.
