This agreement is made between Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and ("the Advisor") regarding the use of Rechat.

Terms and Conditions:

Active Use: Advisors must actively use Rechat. Accounts inactive for 60 days may be reviewed and access may be removed
License Ownership and Access Fees:
- Ownership: Rechat licenses are owned by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty
- Access Tiers:
  - Paid Access: $43 monthly fee (subject to change)
  - Free Access: Provided at company discretion and subject to availability
  - Additional charges apply for print materials and social advertising regardless of license type
- Feature-Based Charges: Certain features within Rechat, including but not limited to print materials and paid advertising on social platforms, will incur additional charges, regardless of whether the Advisor has a free or paid license
Data Ownership and Usage:
- Data entered into Rechat is managed according to company policies
- CRM data can be exported; marketing templates and system-generated content cannot
Access: Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty reserves the right to modify access privileges
