The PMB Meal Team will be organizing food this year for 3 of the Friday games.

Please complete this order form if you would like to order dinner for your child.

Once you select an item, you will also have to select a corresponding game day for that item ( e.g. 9/30 or 10/07) and then the quantity. You can select the same item multiple times for multiple game days

Please use a separate form for each child.

One form per student for the entire football season. Pictures depicted below of the food are indicative

Changes/cancellations to the meals cannot be made once form is submitted.
