This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you, the end user (referred to as the “User”), and Bithumb Corporation, a company organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Korea. 1. Acknowledgement

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the platform and its components will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Korea and foreign countries.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

(a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform;

(b) distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the platform to any third party;

(c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; or

(d) make the functionality of the platform available to multiple users through any means.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content, including, but not limited to, photos, profile information, messages, search results edits, and other content that you upload, publish or display on or through the platform, or transmit to or share with other users.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; or (c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Company official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for disclosures relating to the Company's collection and use of your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to and use of the platform, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform will be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company relating to your use of the platform.

15. Waiver and Severability

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

16. Modification

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect.

17. Acceptance of the Agreement

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
