*Each selection per section equals 1 item. You can order multiple sizes of different colors on each section. If you need to order more than 3 shirts of the same type, size and color - please fill out another form and note that in the comments section that you are adding another order. Otherwise you can add more quantities of the same size, color and type by adding to Section 1.2 and or Section 1.3.

*Shirt brands are subject to change with availability. Brands will be confirmed on Friday and will be reflected on this form when confirmed.

*Shirt Design will be finalized on Tuesday since Regionals will not be complete until Monday. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
