All orders must be pre-paid with venmo or zelle. Our pick-up locations are stores around town and cannot accept payment for your order. If you would like to pay cash, then choose "my front porch" from the drop-down menu and write me a note that you will be bringing cash.
We use a slow-fermentation process that allows the bread to reach its full potential using a wild yeast starter (named Miss Pollyanna!) and lots of time. We are passionate about baking beautiful, gut-healthy, easily digestible loaves of sourdough goodness!
Traditional sourdough with that wild yeast tang. This is made with my custom blend of organic flours including Ancient Grain Spelt, Whole Wheat, Semolina, Rye and All Purpose. These loaves are naturally leavened over a 12hr-24hr fermentation process.
This Sourdough loaf is made with 20% Einkorn Flour. Einkorn flour is one of the oldest grains and has not been tampered with by the modern world. It has a robust flavor and it is easy to digest.
Soft sandwich bread for the win! Your kids will love this loaf! It has a soft, thin crust. And you can feel good about them eating it because it is only enriched with olive oil and honey. Plus, don't tell them but I use a blend of 100% whole wheat flour and spelt flour with my AP flour!
A delicious blend of pickled jalapenos and sharp cheddar cheese... then we top with a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning. This will be perfect to spice up your lunches!

I understand that when I pre-order, I must pre-pay even if I forget or am unable to pick up my bakes. I commit to picking up my order at the designated pick-up times. Saturday at the close of business is the last opportunity to pick up my order wherein I will generously (and automatically) donate my purchase to the store owners.
