The method for preparing roasted duck is actually quite simple.

As long as you control the time and temperature correctly, you can enjoy the crispy skin and tender meat.

Fresh, same-day-available roasted duck


🔥🔥First, place the roasted duck in the oven and heat at a low temperature of approximately 90 degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes.

This step is mainly to slowly heat the duck, allowing it to warm evenly from the inside out, preventing the skin from drying out prematurely due to excessive heat.

🔥🔥Then, in the last 5-10 minutes, increase the oven temperature to the highest setting, such as 180-200 degrees Celsius, depending on your oven's performance.

Watch the color of the roasted duck's skin. When it turns golden brown and crispy to your desired consistency, remove it from the oven, let it rest for a minute or two, then chop it into pieces and serve.


If using a Frozen roasted duck, an additional thawing process is required.

Place the frozen roasted duck in a refrigerator at 0-4 degrees Celsius to thaw for 1-2 days, allowing it to naturally warm up. Do not place directly into the oven from a frozen state, as this will cause the outside to heat up while the inside remains cold, affecting the texture. Allow it to thaw completely before heating it using the same method as for fresh roast duck to maintain its optimal flavor and texture.
