Clearwater Cockle Clams are blanched and individually-quick-frozen on-board our vessels in less than an hour of harvesting. Once at our processing plant, clams are sorted and rigorously tested.

This product has been cooked and frozen. Please remove the viscera, clean thoroughly, before consumption to ensure safety and optimal taste.
