Originating from the renowned Ostra Regal oyster farm, these oysters are cultivated using a unique method, transported to Irish waters to absorb the sweetness of the sea, and then shipped back to France for further cultivation. The resulting oyster meat is sweet, salty, and savory, rich in minerals. Due to the longer cultivation period, each bite is full of flavor, with an even more pronounced mineral taste. The gold leaf is applied by the oyster farm itself, adding a touch of luxury.
