Place the frozen Beef in a refrigerator at 0-4 degrees Celsius to thaw for 1 day, allowing it to naturally warm up. Do not place directly into the microwave from a frozen state, as this will cause the outside to heat up while the inside remains cold, affecting the texture. Allow it to thaw completely before heating it using the same method to maintain its optimal flavour and texture.

Freeze at -18°C for up to one month.
