By placing an order with NuJoDo, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Order Submission: All orders must be submitted with complete information, including sizing, quantity, colors, and artwork requirements. Production will not begin until all required information is received.
Proof Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs. Once approved, NuJoDo is not responsible for spelling, design, or information errors approved by the customer.
File Requirements: Files must be submitted as print-ready, high-resolution (300 DPI) transparent PNGs. A one-time $25.00 setup fee applies to designs that are not print-ready or require editing, background removal, or resizing. Design fees may also apply for custom artwork creation.
Copyright Responsibility: By submitting a file, you declare you have the necessary ownership rights or authorization to use the artwork. NuJoDo reserves the right to refuse designs that violate copyright laws or contain illegal, offensive, or hateful content.

Payment Policy: Full payment is required before production begins. Unpaid invoices may result in delays or cancellation. Tax-exempt organizations (e.g., schools, churches) must provide a valid certificate prior to approval to have sales tax removed.
Shipping: Production times do not include shipping times. NuJoDo is not responsible for carrier-caused delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; additional charges may apply for incorrect addresses.
Local Pickup: Customers will be notified when orders are ready. Orders must be picked up within 30 days, or they may be considered unclaimed and NuJoDo will not be responsible for them.

DTF Transfers: Color variations may occur due to monitor/screen settings. NuJoDo is not responsible for customer application errors.
UV DTF Decals: Decals are intended for hard, smooth surfaces. Once applied, they cannot be repositioned or removed without potential damage; NuJoDo is not responsible for damage during application.
Custom Apparel: Minor placement variations (up to 1 inch) are considered acceptable industry standards. Garment manufacturers may occasionally substitute comparable products based on stock availability, and slight color variations between garments and digital proofs may occur.

Refund Policy: Because all products are custom-made, no refunds are issued after production begins, and no returns are accepted for customer-approved artwork.
Claims: Refunds or replacements are provided only for incorrect items, production defects, or orders not matching the approved proof. All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Junk Removal: Pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, accessibility, and disposal fees; final pricing may vary from estimates after on-site assessment. We do not accept hazardous materials, and customers must ensure legal access to all items.
Limitation of Liability: NuJoDo's liability is limited to the purchase price of provided products or services. NuJoDo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
